Mimmi Sweater - English

Mimmi Sweater is a knitting pattern for a Nordic colorwork children’s sweater knitted from the top down. The sweater has a traditional Nordic colorwork star pattern across the round yoke. To make the garment easier to put on for kids, the sleeves and main body are knitted in one color only.

Sizes: 6-12 months (1-2) 3-4 (5-6) 7-8 (9-11) years

Garment’s chest circumference: 54 (59) 64 (68) 76 (82) cm

Gauge: 22 stitches over 10 cm

Suggested yarns: The sample sweater was knitted in Dale Merino 22, although you may use your favourite DK weight wool as long as you get the right gauge.
